"Absolut super! Wir hatten einen sehr sehr tollen, nur leider (Land unter bedingt zu kurzen) Aufenthalt bei Frau Tiemann und kommen auf jeden Fall sehr gerne wieder!"

"Ich war eine Woche als Alleinreisender, bei Frau Tiemann im Blauen Pesel als Frühstücksgast .Hervorragend empfand ich das sehr reichhaltige Frühstück. Brötchen, verschiedene Brotsorten ,Wurst insbesondere die Galloway Salami von Hallig Hooge, viele Käsesorten ,Obst und Honig ,Marmelade, Säfte ,Ei. Einfach ein Traum. Negative Erfahrungen habe ich keine erfahren .Ich empfand Frau Tiemann als sehr freundlich, und kann daher so manche negative Kritik nicht nachvollziehen. Liebe Frau Tiemann haben Sie ganz lieben Dank dafür das ich bei Ihnen den Tag mit Ihren sehr guten Frühstück starten durfte. Liebe Grüße aus dem Südschwarzwald Kleines Wiesental sendet Ihnen Herr Dupke."

"Der Ruf eilte dem Haus voraus: spröde Bedienung, grantige Atmosphäre, nordfriesischer Charme in Reinform. Entsprechend hoch war die Vorfreude auf ein bisschen herbe Authentizität – doch auch hier: alles halb so wild. Die Dame im Service war weder schroff noch übertrieben freundlich, sondern einfach sachlich – eine Frau, die weiß, was es gibt und was nicht, und das klar kommuniziert. Kein Lächeln zu viel, kein Wort zu wenig. Man kann das enttäuschend nennen – oder angenehm echt. Der Garten ist wunderschön gelegen, man sitzt windgeschützt zwischen Reet, Rosen und Stille. Der Tee schmeckt nach Watt, der Kuchen nach Hausrezept, und wer ein wenig Inselruhe verträgt, findet hier genau das: kein Spektakel, kein Theater, einfach Hallig."

"Richtig leckere, selbst gebackene, Kuchen und Torten in urgemütlichem Ambiente. Ein "Muss" auf Hallig Hooge. Auch die Getränkespezialitäten sind super lecker. Wir freuen uns jedes Mal dort zu sein und genießen es!"

"Wir waren mehrmals dort. Immer nett, leckere Kuchen und gute Getränkeauswahl. Draussen wie drinnen gemütlich, schönes Ambiente. Die Gastronomie mag vielleicht etwas friesisch-herb sein(was des Völkleinrdort auch ausmacht), hat ihren eigenen Charme, ich mag sie und hatte angenehme Gespräche."

"Tolle Kuchen, nordfriesische Kaffee-, und Küchenkultur wird hier gepflegt. Die Bedienung schmeißt den Laden nahezu allein und lässt sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen. Typisch norddeutsch, sehr sympathisch."
